Prohibited Use Policy

The following uses of CyberCloakTDS are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension without refund.
1Illegal Content
- Promoting or distributing illegal products or services
- Any content that is illegal in the user's jurisdiction
2Malware & Phishing
- Distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, or any malicious code
- Phishing attacks or credential harvesting of any kind
3Fraud
- Click fraud or artificial traffic generation targeting ad networks
- Impersonating other companies, brands, or individuals
- Unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted material
4Prohibited Verticals
- Child exploitation material — zero tolerance, immediately reported to authorities
- Non-consensual intimate content
- Terrorist, extremist, or hate-based content
5Platform Violations
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Attempting to access other users' data or system resources
- Deliberately exploiting platform bugs or vulnerabilities without responsible disclosure
6Consequences
- Immediate and permanent account suspension
- No refund of remaining account balance
- Reporting to relevant authorities where legally required
